Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all operational departments, maintaining service standards, managing manpower, controlling costs, and ensuring a safe and efficient experience for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the facility/site.
- Ensure all departments operate smoothly, efficiently, and as per company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, shift schedules, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular operational meetings and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve operational or customer-related issues.
- Ensure all rides, activities, equipment, facilities,



and operational areas are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Security, HR, Housekeeping, Sales, F&B;, and other departments.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and optimum staff utilization.
- Monitor daily operational reports, incident reports, attendance, and performance reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, accidents, and operational disruptions effectively.
- Monitor operational expenses and work towards cost control and resource optimization.
- Ensure proper inventory, equipment, and asset utilization in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs of the entire facility.
- Train, guide, and motivate operational staff and supervisors.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, discipline, and customer experience.
- Support management in implementing current processes, policies, and operational improvements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
