We’re Hiring | Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehousing & Logistics operations at our growing Agri-Input business.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, improving visibility and making things happen on the ground.

What you’ll own

? Inventory planning & control

? Warehouse operations & stock accuracy

? Procurement & supply planning

? Logistics, dispatch & transportation

? Vendor & transporter management

? Inventory ageing and working-capital optimisation

? Operational MIS, KPIs & process improvement

? Reducing delays and improving overall operational efficiency

What we’re looking for

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Inventory / Logistics

✅ Hands-on experience in managing physical operations





✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Good understanding of ERP/MIS systems

✅ Experience in Agri, FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution will be an advantage

✅ Someone who can take ownership rather than just coordinate

? Location: Hassan, Karnataka

? Compensation: ₹3.5 - 5 LPA, depending on experience and capability.
