Operations Executive / Manager — Kloth

Location: Bangalore | Work from Office | 6 days a week

Compensation: ~₹20,000/month to ~₹35,000/month

About KlothKloth is building a recent way to shop for fashion — Try, Try, Buy. Customers discover styles through personalized AI try-ons, order what they like, try them at home, and pay only for what they keep.

We are building our operations around a demanding customer promise: delivery within 2 hours across a 10 km radius and within 24 hours across Bangalore.

We're looking for someone who can own the warehouse-to-customer operation end-to-end and build the processes required to make that promise reliable at scale.

What You'll OwnYou will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of Kloth's fulfilment operations:

- Manage inbounding, QC, inventory put-away and stock accuracy
- Run picking, packing and dispatch operations
- Ensure orders consistently meet our 2-hour and 24-hour delivery SLAs
- Coordinate with Kloth's own delivery executives as well as third-party logistics partners
- Allocate and prioritize orders based on delivery SLA, location and operational capacity
- Track failed, delayed and cancelled deliveries and drive them to resolution
- Manage returns, exchanges and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain high accuracy across inventory, orders and dispatches
- Identify bottlenecks and improve fulfilment speed, productivity and cost
- Establish clear operational SOPs and ensure they are followed consistently

Operations × TechThis isn't just a warehouse execution role.



You'll work closely with Kloth's product and engineering teams to improve how our operations run through technology.

You will

- Help design and improve WMS and OMS workflows
- Translate real-world operational problems into clear requirements for the tech team
- Identify opportunities for automation across picking, packing, dispatch and delivery allocation
- Test new operational tools and workflows before rollout
- Track operational metrics and use data to identify failure points
- Help us build systems that can scale from hundreds to thousands of orders per day

What We're Looking For
- ~2+ years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, D2C or fulfilment operations
- Hands-on experience with warehouse and order fulfilment operations
- Familiarity with OMS/WMS systems and inventory management
- Experience coordinating with logistics partners and/or delivery fleets
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment
- Strong problem-solving ability — you don't just escalate problems; you figure out how to fix them
- Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets and operational dashboards
- Able to work closely with product and engineering teams

Experience in fashion e-commerce, same-day delivery or quick commerce is a strong plus. Who Will Do Well HereSomeone who sees an order delayed by 30 minutes and wants to know exactly why it happened and how to make sure it doesn't happen again.

We're looking for an operator who is equally comfortable being on the warehouse floor solving today's problems and sitting with engineers designing the system that eliminates them tomorrow.
