Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes, SOPs, and service standards.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service quality, and performance metrics.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor operational costs, expenses, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, dashboards, and performance updates for management.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, automation, cost optimization, and increased efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure adequate manpower planning and effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders where required.




- Support management in implementing new projects, processes, and business initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and execution abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of process management and SOP implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong decision-making and escalation-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Customer-focused approach with strong service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
