Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu / Bangalore, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse and supply chain operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing teams, allocating resources, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements across warehousing and logistics functions.

The Operations

Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards, and support the integration of new tools or systems to optimize operations.



The position also involves reporting on performance, identifying operational risks, and driving initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including workflow planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related operational environments, preferably with multi-site or multi-client exposure.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, ERP/WMS systems, and basic data analysis tools to track metrics and support decision-making.
- Effective people management capabilities, including team leadership, coordination, and coaching in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing on-site responsibilities in Chandigarh with remote tasks as required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, or similar) is beneficial.
