Operations Manager – Warehouse & FulfillmentDepartment
Operations / Supply Chain
Team Size Managed
4–5 warehouse staff
Location
Warehouse (in office in Delhi)
Role OverviewAntinorm is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to own the warehouse and fulfillment engine end-to-end - from inward receipt of manufactured goods to the final mile, across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels. This person will lead a small warehouse team and act as the single point of accountability for stock accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and shipping performance across all sales channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Operations
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility.
- Manage inwarding of all material received from manufacturing - verification of quantities, documentation, and proper storage.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks on incoming stock before it is accepted into inventory.
- Maintain accurate, real-time stock records and ensure physical stock reconciles with system records at all times.
- Carry out quality checks on packaging and finished goods before dispatch to protect brand standards, given Antinorm's premium positioning.
- Manage returns and RTO (Return to Origin) processing — inspecting returned goods, deciding restock vs. write-off, and feeding loss data back for accounting.
Fulfillment — D2C & B2B
- Own fulfillment of all website (D2C) orders — pick, pack, and dispatch within agreed turnaround times with help of warehousing team.
- Own B2B fulfillment across all channels — Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Nykaa, and other marketplace/B2B accounts as they go live.
- Ensure channel-specific packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements are met for each marketplace.
- Track and report fill-rate/OTIF (on-time-in-full) performance for marketplaces
Systems, Logistics & Vendor Management
- Work proficiently on Unicommerce and Shiprocket to manage order flow, track shipments, and identify shipping gaps or delays.
- Manage relationships with courier/3PL partners plugged into Shiprocket — track SLA adherence, escalate service failures, and support rate discussions.
- Monitor and drive down NDR (non-delivery report) and RTO rates through proactive follow-up and resolution, not just flagging.
- Investigate and resolve customer shipping delays and escalations, working directly with courier partners to close gaps.
Team & Reporting
- Lead, schedule, and manage a warehouse team of 4–5 people, ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Ensure basic warehouse safety standards and labour compliance are followed for the team under direct supervision.
- Maintain a standing daily/weekly ops dashboard — pending orders, delayed shipments, stock levels, returns — as a running input to the business.
- Provide clear, accurate inputs to the accounting/finance team on stock movement, returns, and dispatch data to support books closure and reconciliation.
Requirements• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations / fulfillment, ideally in a D2C or omni-channel FMCG/beauty/personal care business.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Unicommerce and Shiprocket (or equivalent OMS/shipping aggregator platforms) is mandatory.
- Prior experience managing a small team (4+ people) directly on the warehouse floor.
- Understanding of marketplace/quick-commerce fulfillment norms (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with basic stock/reconciliation data and coordinating with finance for accounting inputs.
- Strong ownership mindset — this is a hands-on, on-ground role, not a desk-only function.
