5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification




Strong understanding of Scrum framework, principles, and practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting with multiple priorities
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)

Nice to Have:
Experience with scaling Scrum frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Secure)
Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
