Job Description:
Minimum + years of relevant experience in Retail / Marketing / Customer Analytics
Hands-on experience in data visualization and transformation tools like PowerBI and solid SQL experience is a must.
Knowledge and understanding of the Python programming Experience
Proficient in coding and creating compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate a business or marketing question into a well-defined analytical plan that includes data requirements for technical resources to extract the necessary data.
Eagerness to learn and the ability to work with limited supervision. Great interpersonal communication and influencing skills

Requirements

Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders across retail/e-commerce operations to identify key questions and data needs.
Design and execute complex data queries using SQL to extract and analyze data from various internal and external sources.




Develop transparent and compelling reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI to communicate data insights effectively.
Utilize basic Python scripting to automate data manipulation and analysis tasks for increased efficiency.
Analyze trends, identify prospects, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve retail /e-commerce performance across areas like revenue, CRM, marketing, campaign performance, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail analytics.
