Requirements

Essentials for Being Successful in This Role
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and system design
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Azure cloud services and components
Solid hands-on experience with .NET Core, Node.js, and Express.js
Experience in frontend and mobile development using Angular and React Native
Solid understanding and experience with Azure Functions and SQL Server
Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
Proficiency with source control systems such as Git and Gitflow
Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks
Strong experience in technical design,



architecture, and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an Agile team setting

Desirables (Nice to Have)
Experience with Generative AI–assisted development and user AI code editors (e.g., AI-powered coding assistants)
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.0 or higher accessibility standards
Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, and Azure Service Bus
Experience building data pipelines and working with Snowflake, with a general understanding of Snowflake architecture
Knowledge of statistical analysis and/or experimental or research design
Experience with Digital Analytics
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
