Role & Responsibilities

- - Lead and conduct training sessions for the entire Admin Team to enhance their operational efficiency and work quality.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Manage, analyze, and maintain data accurately, ensuring timely preparation of MIS reports.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and operational productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and task execution.
- Support senior management in operations planning, monitoring, and reporting.




- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Soft‑spoken personality with professional behavior and team‑handling capability.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong experience in Data Management and MIS Reporting.
- Expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Should be detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Operations, Administration, or Training roles preferred.
- Ability to train and mentor teams effectively.
