Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day international shipping operations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, AWB/Shipping Bills and other required documents.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on shipment status.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/team for packing, dispatch and shipment handover.
- Ensure shipments are dispatched on time and as per customer requirements.
- Check shipping charges, freight quotations and vendor bills.
- Handle shipment-related issues such as delays, customs queries, missing documents and delivery problems.
- Maintain proper records of all shipments, tracking details and shipping documents.
- Follow up with courier/shipping partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Manage return shipments, damaged shipments and RTO cases, whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company shipping procedures and applicable customs/shipping requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly shipping and operations reports.




- Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international shipping/customs procedures will be an advantage.
