Acts as trusted advisors to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership — designing secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft 365 collaboration services across hybrid and cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Define enterprise M&C; architecture, roadmaps & reference designs

-Lead Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams & OneDrive platforms

-Build PowerShell frameworks leverage Power Automate, Graph API & Power BI

-Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA & Problem Management

-Define standards, runbooks, dashboards & ITIL-aligned CSI initiatives

-Trusted advisor support presales, workshops & executive-level briefings

-Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem/Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive

-Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO

-Advanced PowerShell, Power Automate, Power BI, Graph API

12–18+ years IT infrastructure experience

Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
