About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to drive residential interior fit-out projects as our Operations Lead, working closely with design and installation teams.

What You'll Do

● Be the single point of contact for the customer during execution





● Review drawings and explain BOQ scope to the customer

● Receive and validate materials from the warehouse against orders/BOQ

● Coordinate daily between all project stakeholders and share progress reports

● Direct the installation team to safely execute work per the design plan

● Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

● Graduate or equivalent qualification

● Solid verbal and written communication skills

● Must have site job experience and willingness for site work

● Basic knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office and project management principles

● Core interior industry experience in kitchen, wardrobe, storage, and fit-out preferred
