JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Head – Solar Pump Division will lead end-to-end execution and operations of solar pump projects under PM-KUSUM and other government schemes. The role involves managing large-scale multi-state project execution, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability of solar pump installations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Operations & Project Execution:

 Lead end-to-end execution of solar pump projects across multiple states

 Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and project handover

 Monitor project timelines, quality, and cost efficiency

 Drive execution strategies and SOP implementation

Team Management & Leadership:

 Lead and manage cross-functional teams (project managers, engineers, field teams)

 Drive team productivity, performance, and accountability

 Conduct regular reviews and operational planning

Government Liaisoning & Compliance:

 Coordinate with DISCOMs, state nodal agencies, and government bodies

 Ensure compliance with PM-KUSUM and other regulatory requirements

 Handle approvals, documentation, and project escalations

Vendor & Commercial Management:

 Manage vendors, EPC contractors, and supply chain operations

 Oversee procurement planning and logistics

 Ensure cost control, budgeting, and profitability of projects

DESIRED PROFILE:

 Strong experience in solar pump / renewable energy project execution

 Proven leadership experience managing multi-location operations

 Hands-on experience in government projects (PM-KUSUM preferred)

 Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

 Ability to manage large teams and complex operations
