Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Document Suite Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText Documentum / Document Suite technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support OpenText Document Suite / Documentum solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OpenText solutions.
- Develop and maintain document management and enterprise content management workflows.
- Configure Documentum repositories, content models, metadata, security, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and support integrations between OpenText and third-party enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in application upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and configuration documents.
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in OpenText Document Suite / Documentum.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum technologies.
- Experience in Documentum configuration, administration, development, and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of Documentum repositories, content models, metadata, ACLs, lifecycles, and workflows.
- Experience with OpenText integrations and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in application support, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of software development and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM.
- Knowledge of Documentum D2, xCP, REST APIs, or Java-based integrations.
- Experience with document/content migration projects.
- Exposure to cloud-based OpenText solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in OpenText Document Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days from office.
