We are looking for an experienced ???????? ??? ?????? ?????????? with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText VIM, Invoice Capture Center / Business Capture Center, workflow approval design, exception handling, SAP AP process, integrations, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.

The ideal candidate should have 8 years of hands-on experience, preferably with 2 or more End-to-End implementation cycles on VIM.

✅ Gather requirements, design, configure the system, and perform testing

✅ Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gap analysis

✅ Configure VIM Invoice Capture Center / Business Capture Center

✅ Work on IES, Barcoding, OpenText Archive Server, and VIM integrations

✅ Support integration with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as Ariba

✅ Handle complex enhancements in OpenText VIM — Vendor Invoice Management

✅ Design invoice workflow approval process

✅ Configure Process Type determination sequence for different document types

✅ Configure and manage exception handling scenarios

✅ Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios

✅ Work on Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing





✅ Prepare functional specifications, configuration rationale, and project-related documents

✔️ 8 years of hands-on experience in OpenText VIM

✔️ Preferably 2 or more End-to-End implementation cycles on VIM

✔️ Experience in requirement gathering, designing, configuring, and testing

✔️ Experience in Business Blueprint workshops and functional gap analysis

✔️ Sound knowledge of VIM configurations

✔️ Experience in Invoice Capture Center / Business Capture Center

✔️ Experience in IES, Barcoding, and OpenText Archive Server

✔️ Integration experience with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as Ariba

✔️ Experience in OpenText VIM workflow approval design

✔️ Experience in Process Type determination and exception handling configuration

✔️ Knowledge of Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing

✔️ Experience in writing functional specifications and configuration rationale

✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
