: Online Merchandiser

Role Overview: We’re looking for an Online Merchaniser to support day-to-day e-commerce activations across .com and app. This role focuses on executing product launches, promotions and content updates, whilst ensuring smooth operations across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Contentstack. You’ll also support upcoming tech initiatives such as a CMS migration and PIM launching this year.

Must have skills:

- Who have proven hands-on experience with tools: SFCC and Contentstack [Algolia or similar merchandising tools will be a plus]
- With strong e-commerce background (Merchandizing role), supporting brand websites [.com] and app channels

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute product launches, including setup, pricing and merchandising in SFCC
- Configure and manage promotions (coupons, bundles, pricing adjustments)

- Deploy and manage content via Contentstack
- Set pinning, redirects and synonyms in Algolia
- Configure platforms and tools to support new features and experiences
- Support CMS migration and PIM implementation activities
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all live activations
- Set up features and experience builds to drive commercial performance and user experience.
- Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Contentstack. Algolia is a plus.
- Familiar with Jira (as we work with activations as a ticket request).
- Robust understanding of e-commerce operations and platform configuration
- Experience as a lead - As they will help support the onboarding and training of junior / new team members.
- Able to work autonomously / independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
