N nWe are seeking a agile and results-driven Salesperson to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the defined territory. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics sales, the international freight forwarding industry and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
N n Key Responsibilities:

Identify, scope, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory that align with the company’s service offerings. N
Retain and grow revenuefrom existing clients through deep selling, cross-selling, and value-added service offerings. N
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current customers to understand their logistics needs and present tailored solutions. N
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that meet client objectives. N
Build and maintain long-term,



trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. N
Collaborate with internal teams—product, operations, and finance—to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery. N
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge. N
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to customer acquisition, volume growth, revenue, and gross profit. N
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system and adherence to sales processes and organizational policies. N

Prior experience in sales or business development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry. N
