Role Summary

We are looking for a fresher Onboarding Executive- KYB (Know Your Business) to support the verification and onboarding of business customers. The candidate will review company documents, verify business information, identify discrepancies, and ensure onboarding cases are processed accurately according to company policies and compliance requirements.}

Key Responsibilities

Customer Risk Assessment (CRA)

- Understand the basic principles of customer risk assessment and risk-rating methodologies.
- Identify and assess key risk factors, including geography, business activity, customer type, ownership structure, and industry.
- Understand the classification of customers into Low, Medium, and High-Risk categories based on predefined criteria.

UBO Identification & Verification

- Identify and verify the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) of business customers.
- Understand ownership and control structures of corporate entities.
- Review shareholding and corporate structures to identify complex or layered ownership arrangements.
- Verify UBO information using reliable and independent sources.
- Review business onboarding applications and submitted documents.
- Verify company registration and business details using reliable sources.
- Check company name, registration number, address, ownership, and business activities.
- Assist with KYB, KYC, UBO, AML, PEP, and sanctions screening.
- Identify missing information,



inconsistencies, and potential risk indicators.
- Contact/request additional documents or information when required.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Process onboarding cases within defined SLA/TAT.
- Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the appropriate Compliance team.
- Follow internal KYB/AML procedures and quality standards.
- Support the team with ongoing reviews and document verification

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, Finance, MBA, MCom or a related field preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Willingness to learn KYB, KYC, AML, and compliance processes.
- Ability to work with online databases and multiple systems.
