- Printing and Issuance of Test Data Sheet (TDS).
- Maintain data for format control system and track the same in co-ordination with various functions.
- Preparation of monthly audit log report of SOP format reconciliation for QA department.
- Review and approval of SOP requests and formats in SAP and Open Text.
- Issuance and Retrieval of Artworks and Shade Cards.
- Issuance and Retrieval of SOPs, Protocols, Master List of SOPs, Specifications, STPs and Miscellaneous documents.
- Issuance and Retrieval of Log Books.
- Responsible for supervision of disposal of documents.
- Responsible to perform the job assigned by superiors from time to time.
