Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual and hardworking Office Assistant / Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations, material deliveries and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day office support and administrative tasks.
- Deliver computer hardware and other materials to customers at their locations.
- Deliver and collect material from transport offices, courier companies and logistics partners.
- Safely load, unload and handle computer hardware, cartons and other IT products.
- Collect and deliver documents, invoices, quotations and other office materials.
- Visit banks, vendors, customers and other locations for office-related work.
- Handle courier, dispatch and receiving of parcels.
- Assist in depositing cheques/cash and collecting documents when required.
- Help the accounts and sales team with basic office work and documentation.




- Arrange and organize files, documents and office supplies.
- Assist in receiving, checking and shifting incoming stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office and common areas.
- Purchase or arrange office stationery, tea/refreshments and other daily requirements.
- Maintain proper records/proof of delivery whenever required.
- Ensure that customer material and documents are delivered safely and on time.
- Support staff members in routine office activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,920.77 per month
