Run preventive maintenance for AC, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures, and close breakdowns fast. ??????? & ???? ?????? Onboard vendors, hold them to their SLAs,



and verify every bill against agreed rates before it's paid. ??-?????? ????? Run errands like bank, courier, government office, and procurement, and coordinate on-ground needs across teams. ??????? & ?????????
