About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo & Zoho ERP Executive / Specialist to manage, support, and optimize our day-to-day ERP operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and/or Zoho ERP, with a solid understanding of business processes such as inventory management, sales, purchase, procurement, warehouse operations, accounting, order processing, CRM, and eCommerce operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth ERP operations, maintaining accurate data, troubleshooting system issues, supporting users, and continuously improving business workflows through effective ERP utilization.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Management & Operations

- Manage and maintain daily operations across Odoo and Zoho ERP platforms.
- Configure and manage ERP modules according to business requirements.
- Monitor ERP processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and smooth workflow execution.
- Maintain master data, product information, customer/vendor records, pricing, inventory, and transactional data.
- Identify process gaps and recommend ERP-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Odoo ERP
- Manage Odoo modules including Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Warehouse, and Manufacturing, as applicable.
- Handle sales orders, purchase orders, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, receipts, deliveries, and related ERP transactions.
- Configure workflows, access rights, product settings, inventory rules, and other operational configurations.
- Troubleshoot Odoo issues and coordinate with developers or technical teams for customization and integrations.
- Support Odoo implementation, module configuration, testing, and process improvements.

Zoho ERP / Business Applications
- Manage relevant Zoho applications and business workflows.
- Work with modules such as Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications, as applicable.




- Maintain synchronization and data accuracy between connected Zoho applications.
- Configure workflows, automation, reports, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with Zoho support or technical teams when required.

Inventory, eCommerce & Operations
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, inward/outward transactions, and warehouse activities.
- Coordinate ERP processes with eCommerce, Amazon, marketplaces, and website operations.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of orders, inventory, product information, and customer data.
- Assist in marketplace and eCommerce process automation wherever applicable.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through ERP automation and integrations.

Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze ERP data to identify discrepancies, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across ERP systems.
- Use MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and operational tracking.

User Support & Training
- Provide day-to-day ERP support to internal teams.
- Train employees on Odoo and Zoho workflows and best practices.
- Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for ERP processes.
- Resolve user issues and ensure timely completion of ERP-related tasks.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant ERP experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and/or Zoho ERP.
- Candidates with practical experience in both Odoo and Zoho will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Experience with Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Procurement, Warehouse, Accounting, CRM, or Manufacturing modules.
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, distribution, or marketplace operations is highly preferred.




- Good understanding of inventory and order management.
- Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related issues independently.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with management, operations teams, developers, vendors, and ERP support teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ERP-related responsibilities.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Relevant hands-on ERP experience is more important than the specific degree.
