We are hiring Ocean Export Documentation Executive

Location Chennai

Salary - upto 4.2 Lakhs PA

Prepare and file Shipping Bills through the customs portal.

Handle export documentation as per customer and customs requirements.

Process ODEX documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.

Prepare and submit Form 13 and other statutory export documents.

Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for customs clearance.

Liaise with shipping lines for vessel schedules, booking confirmations, SI filing, and Bill of Lading.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams for timely shipment movement.

Ensure all export documents are accurate and submitted within the required timelines.

Track shipment status and update customers/internal teams.

Maintain export records, shipping documents, and compliance files.

Resolve documentation issues with customs, shipping lines, and other authorities.

Support day-to-day export operations to ensure on-time shipment dispatch.

Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
