Lead new product development projects from RFQ to production launch.

- Review customer drawings, specifications, standards, and technical requirements.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Planning, and Suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Evaluate manufacturing feasibility and recommend design improvements for manufacturability (DFM).
- Develop process flow, routing, BOM, and production documentation.
- Plan and monitor prototype manufacturing, trials, testing, and validation.
- Drive APQP activities and prepare PPAP documentation for customer approval.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA), and implement corrective actions.
- Release engineering documents, drawings, BOM revisions, and ECNs through document control.
- Monitor project cost, quality, delivery, and development risks.
- Support tooling, fixture, gauge,



and process development for current products.
- Coordinate customer sample submissions and ensure timely approval.
- Investigate development issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with suppliers for development of new raw materials and bought-out components.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare weekly project status reports and present updates in management review meetings.
- Support production during pilot builds and initial production runs.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain complete NPD documentation and project records in ERP/PLM systems.
- Achieve project completion within the committed Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.
