Requirements

Essential Skills:
Write clean, maintainable code using Java, Spring, Python
Define technical standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
Make strategic technical decisions and guide the team in implementation.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.




Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Mentor and develop the skills of team members, review the code
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Experience with software development frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Proficient in database
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud computing platforms

Additional Desired skills
Domain knowledge in Networking/Infrastructure/security domain knowledge
Kubernetes knowledge is plus
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, VUE.
