Key Responsibility Areas:




Develop onboarding programs for recent employees with Effective ADDIE model.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Make sure the trainings conducted are aligned with the company goal
Introduce cutting-edge training methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads and HR,
Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

1 Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.

2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3 Ability to identify gaps in skills.

4 Excellent organizational skills.

5 Multilingual skills considered an added advantage

6 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
