ServiceNow Intern – (Brief)

Role Summary:

The ServiceNow Intern will support the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role offers hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
Support development of workflows, forms, and business rules
Perform data entry, data imports, and basic scripting (JavaScript)
Help troubleshoot issues and provide user support
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and document processes
Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform or ITSM concepts
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or web technologies (preferred)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities

Eligibility:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
