What if psychology wasn't only about understanding people — but about helping young people understand themselves?

ASISTER is building The Human Edge Collective, a human literacy movement designed to bring self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, communication, decision-making, resilience and purpose into the everyday learning journey of students.

We are now inviting a select group of Psychology Graduates to become the Founding Members of this initiative.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for Psychology Graduates who are:

- Curious about human behaviour and development
- Passionate about working with young people
- Comfortable facilitating conversations and group activities
- Strong communicators who can hold a room with confidence
- Empathetic, observant and non-judgmental
- Interested in human development beyond clinical practice
- Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up

You don't need to have years of experience.

What matters most is your curiosity, presence, willingness to learn and ability to connect with people.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Human Development Facilitator, you will work with schools and student communities to facilitate experiences around:

Self-Awareness

Understanding emotions, identity, strengths and patterns.

Emotional Regulation

Learning how to recognise, navigate and respond to emotions.

Confidence & Self-Image

Building healthy confidence, self-belief and personal expression.

Communication & Influence

Learning to communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence.

Leadership & Responsibility





Understanding ownership, collaboration and influence.

Decision-Making

Developing reflection, critical thinking and intentional choices.

Resilience

Learning to navigate failure, uncertainty and setbacks.

Purpose & Direction

Exploring aspirations, values and the person they want to become.
