We’re Hiring: NINZA — Network, Influence & New-Zone Acquisition Executive

Emergenz is looking for energetic, ambitious and target-driven professionals to join our growth team as NINZA – Network, Influence & New-Zone Acquisition Executive.

This is more than a conventional sales role. You will be responsible for building relationships, opening new markets, creating business opportunities and converting conversations into long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets/territories.

Build and maintain a strong network of prospects, clients and business stakeholders.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, outbound outreach and market research.

Own the sales cycle from prospecting → engagement → proposal → negotiation → closure.

Develop relationships with decision-makers, founders, HR leaders and business stakeholders.

Expand Emergenz’s presence into new accounts, industries and geographic markets.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue and acquisition targets.

Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.

Robust communication,



presentation and negotiation skills.

A natural ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting and handling rejection.

Strong commercial mindset with a hunger to achieve targets.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of numbers.

Working knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools and digital prospecting is an advantage.

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.
