Who You Are?

- Overall, 14 - 20 years of Experience in NPI, Technology Transfer, Manufacturing and Engineering is required. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Problem solving abilities. • Leadership qualities and interpersonal skills. • Good skill of MS Office

Educational Background: BE – EEE / ECE.

- Lead NPI/NPS Organization Fully responsible for defining, developing, and executing NPI/NPS processes. Establish clear governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure seamless transition from prototype to mass production.
- Engineer Supervision & Coaching Supervise, equip, and mentor NPI Engineers to ensure consistency in execution and performance. Drive accountability for meeting NPI goals and timelines.
- Training Needs Analysis Identify skill gaps and training requirements for NPI Engineers and technical staff. Collaborate with the Training Department to align technical training with the site’s technology roadmap.




- Performance Management Conduct performance appraisals, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop improvement plans to meet departmental goals.
- Knowledge Sharing Ensure best practices, continuous improvements, and lessons learned are documented and shared across NPI teams to build organizational knowledge. Additional Responsibilities

1. • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth handover from NPI to Mass production. Act as the bridge between engineering and operations.
2. • Process Standardization Develop and enforce standardized NPI procedures, templates, and checklists to ensure repeatability and compliance across projects.
3. • Risk Management Identify potential risks in new product introduction (materials, processes, suppliers) and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines and quality.
4. • Supplier Engagement Work closely with suppliers to validate materials, tooling, and processes. Ensure supplier readiness for production ramp-up.
5. • Cost & Resource Optimization Monitor NPI budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost effective execution without compromising quality.
6. • Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to industry standards (IPC, ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and regulatory requirements across all NPI activities.
7. • Technology Roadmap Alignment Align NPI activities with the company’s long-term technology roadmap, ensuring readiness for emerging technologies and processes.
8. • Continuous Improvement Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives within NPI to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality.
