Keywords : Arista, Fortinet & Cisco Switching; Cisco Routing; Cisco, Fortinet & Palo Alto Firewall; VPN; Wireless; F5 & AVI VMware load balancer, identify and resolve single point of failure, configure redundancy and automatic failovers, automation of pre and post checks for changes, setting up thresholds for availability and performance, trend analysis, capacity analysis for devices, circuits & licenses, identify EOL and EOSL devices .

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Desktop & VDI management working in support operations troubleshooting Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless Devices, Load Balances and VPN
- Experienced in Managing Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, AVI Vmware, Solarwinds, Algosec
- Exceptional at multitasking, with proven problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Past experience in working with a 24X7 service delivery

- Ability to manage multiple Vendor contacts
- Create and validate Knowledge Articles

1. ITIL Certification
