Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Tower Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture of large-scale IT transformation programs across multiple technology domains.

This is a senior strategic solutioning role requiring a strong blend of enterprise architecture, consulting, pre-sales, and customer engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing integrated solutions spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and Datacenter services, while leveraging modern automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enable predictive, proactive, and autonomous operations.

The role requires close collaboration with sales, delivery, technology partners, and customer stakeholders to develop cutting-edge, outcome-driven solutions aligned with business transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and transformation programs spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and Datacenter domains.
- Design scalable and integrated solutions that align with customer business and technology objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into architecture blueprints, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
- Define architecture standards, interoperability frameworks, governance models, and integration patterns across multiple technology towers.
- Develop future-ready architectures that enable operational efficiency, resilience, automation, and business agility.





Solutioning, Transformation & Innovation
- Drive platform-led transformation strategies leveraging automation, observability, analytics, and intelligent operations capabilities.
- Design solutions that enable predictive insights, event correlation, automated remediation, anomaly detection, and self-healing operations.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, cognitive automation, and AIOps capabilities where they create measurable business value.
- Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and transformation frameworks.
- Define operating models that improve service experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Partner with sales and pursuit teams on large, strategic transformation opportunities.
- Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
- Develop compelling value propositions, solution narratives, and business cases aligned to customer priorities.
- Engage with CIO, CTO, CISO, and other executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Support RFP, RFI, and proposal development activities for complex multi-tower engagements.

Governance & Technology Leadership
- Establish architecture guardrails, standards, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Assess market trends, technology innovations,



and industry best practices to strengthen Microland's solution portfolio.
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams to build differentiated solution offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership, transformation playbooks, and strategic solution assets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Transformation Architecture roles.
- Strong experience architecting multi-tower solutions across Infrastructure and Digital Operations environments.
- Deep understanding of Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Cybersecurity, and Datacenter services.
- Proven experience leading solutioning and architecture for large-scale transformation programs and strategic pursuits.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Experience designing solutions involving automation, observability, intelligent operations, and service transformation.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AIOps, Cognitive Automation, and intelligent agent-based technologies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to integrate emerging technologies into complex enterprise ecosystems while ensuring governance, security, scalability, and business value realization.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft, BMC Helix, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with technologies and frameworks related to Generative AI, LLMs, AI-powered assistants, intelligent agents, and enterprise automation.
- Experience within Managed Services, Infrastructure Services, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Systems Integration organizations.
