Develop & Implement the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Steel manufacturing operations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant National and International standards & regulations.
Establish and maintain Quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
Monitor & analyze quality performance data & take appropriate corrective action as necessary.
Conduct regular audit & inspection to identify quality issues & ensure compliance with the QMS.
Train and develop Quality control personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their responsibilities.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product design and manufacturing processes.
Continuously improve the QMS and quality performance.
