Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
Connect to multiple data sources and transform data for reporting and analytics.
Write effective SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Build and maintain scalable data models and BI solutions.
Improve dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain documentation for reports, data structures, and processes.
Implement data security, access controls, and best practices.




Troubleshoot report issues and support enhancements as needed.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
Robust knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Solid understanding of data modeling and report optimization.
Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSRS, or other Microsoft BI tools.
Knowledge of Python or advanced analytics tools.
Exposure to Agile delivery settings.
Ability to define KPIs and create executive-level reporting.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
