Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead to drive business analysis, solution design, implementation, and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions while leading end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation and enhancement projects.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business processes.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend best-practice CRM solutions.

- Support UAT, training, deployment, and change management activities.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide functional leadership.

- Ensure solution alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices
