Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM / Power Platform Developer with solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, PCF, C#, .NET, Azure Functions, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
- Develop custom components using C# Plugins, PCF Controls, Custom Connectors, and APIs.
- Develop and integrate APIs using C#/.NET and JavaScript.
- Implement enterprise integration solutions using Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, including lead, account, contact, opportunity, and sales lifecycle processes.




- Manage application code, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

- Key Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Deep technical expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of multi-layer application architecture.
- Proven experience developing enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
- Extensive experience with C# Plugins, PCF Controls, Custom Connectors, and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, CI/CD, and ALM.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform customizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and sales process automation.

Good to Have
- Experience with AI-powered sales capabilities within Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Lead Qualification, Sales Automation, and Conversational AI.
- Experience implementing AI-driven capabilities within Dynamics 365 CRM.
