Deloitte USI Consulting Services is looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &

- Operations Functional Consultants with proven hands-on expertise in at least three full life cycle ERP implementation projects, with a strong preference for professionals who have delivered multiple end-to-end implementations across different industries.

Summary

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &

- Operations (F&O;) practitioner at Deloitte USI Consulting Services, you will design, configure, and deploy enterprise-scale F&O; solutions, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to translate client business requirements into effective functional designs and deliverables. You will independently manage your workstream responsibilities while guiding and mentoring junior team members, bringing structure and expertise to every stage of the engagement.

Your role spans the full project lifecycle — from estimation and planning through execution and post go-live support ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and project delivery standards.

Work You Will Do

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &

- Operations projects, engaging across all project stages — from requirements gathering and solution design through post go-live support. In this role, you will analyze client business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 F&O; solution designs, configuring and validating Finance and Supply Chain Management processes to ensure solutions are accurately built and aligned to client needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams on functional design, testing, and integration activities including the review of functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations. You will also execute structured test cycles, manage functional configuration activities, and report progress.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &
- Operations functional roles.




- Hands-on experience in multiple ERP implementation projects in a functional role; multiple full lifecycle implementations are preferred and expected for more experienced resources.
- Functional proficiency in one or more Finance or Supply Chain Management areas, as outlined below. Proficiency across multiple functional areas is expected for more senior resources.
- Finance- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Tax Management, Cash &
- Bank Management and Treasury.
- Supply Chain - Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and its application within ERP systems, including close processes.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional design solutions, and configure or validate system setups in line with client needs. Senior resources should be able to lead the discussions in design sessions with the client stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting and supporting system testing cycles including SIT and UAT, resolving functional defects, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building; more senior resources are expected to lead functional workstreams and be accountable for overall delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with sound judgment and a structured approach to resolving functional challenges.

Preferred

- Active Microsoft Dynamics certification
- Experience supporting reporting, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities in ERP implementations
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI.
- Experience working across cross-functional stakeholder groups in large-scale transformation programs
