Role Overview

AI‑driven content creation, and can deliver independently while collaborating seamlessly with the team. You’ll work across long‑form and short‑form content, with a mandatory focus on motion graphic design and YouTube‑optimized storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

● Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic animations, transitions, and 3D camera work to elevate projects.

● AI Content Creation: Apply trending AI platforms for editing, captioning, ideation,

and visual generation.

● YouTube Content Expertise: Tailor edits for YouTube with optimized formats,

thumbnails, hooks, and retention‑driven pacing.

● Video Editing & Production: Edit and produce long‑form and short‑form content with strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual polish.

● Cross‑Platform Adaptation: Adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

● Mandatory expertise in motion graphics and animation techniques.

● Mandatory experience in YouTube content workflows (SEO, thumbnails, retention strategies, pacing).

● 0–3 years of proven experience in video editing across long‑form and short‑form formats.

● Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or creative agency environment.

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar.

● Hands‑on exposure to AI tools (RunwayML, ChatGPT, MidJourney, or equivalents).

● Understanding of AI prompts for video/image generation.

● International project exposure is a plus.
