Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Noida.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and brand assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing animated content, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align visuals with brand strategy. The role involves editing and refining video and graphic elements, preparing files for various digital platforms, and ensuring consistent visual quality across all deliverables.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will also contribute to ideation sessions, stay current with industry trends, and optimize motion design workflows to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills, with the ability to create visually compelling animations and transitions.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing,



compositing, and preparing video content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and branding.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in creating motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, or brand campaigns is preferred.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- A portfolio showcasing motion design and graphic design work; a degree or formal training in design, media, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
