Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for product demos, explainer videos, marketing campaigns, and social media assets that clearly communicate complex API and KYC solutions. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing visual narratives, designing graphics and layouts, animating elements, editing video content, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and messaging.



The role also involves optimizing assets for various digital platforms, maintaining a consistent visual identity, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content and product-focused videos.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including editing, compositing, and sound synchronization for digital campaigns and product demos.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for designing layouts, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, visually compelling stories and animations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS products is a plus, as well as familiarity with UX/UI principles.
