About the Role

We are looking for talented and highly efficient Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers and Editor-Cum-Motion Graphic Designers to join our high-volume production environment.

The role will involve creating, editing and adapting video content across multiple formats, platforms, markets and specifications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at scale, managing multiple briefs simultaneously and delivering high-quality video assets within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and deliver high-quality video content across digital, social media and other platforms.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography and visual effects as required.
- Adapt existing master videos into multiple versions, formats, durations, aspect ratios and specifications.
- Work on a high volume of video adaptations and versioning while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Handle multiple projects and briefs simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.
- Deliver approximately 30–40 video assets per day, depending on complexity and adaptation requirements.
- Ensure all assets meet technical specifications, brand guidelines and delivery requirements.
- Work closely with Producers, Project Managers, Creative Teams and other production stakeholders.
- Review and incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting agreed turnaround times.
- Manage project files, assets and versions in an organised manner.
- Perform quality checks before final delivery, including visual, audio, typography, transitions and technical specifications.
- Maintain consistency across multiple adaptations and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Stay updated on current video editing, motion design and digital content trends.

Required Skills & Experience




- 2–6 years of relevant experience in video editing, motion graphics, digital production, advertising, creative agencies or production studios.
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Good understanding of video editing principles, motion graphics, transitions, typography, sound and visual storytelling.
- Experience working on high-volume video production and adaptations.
- Ability to work on multiple versions of the same content efficiently.
- Strong understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions and platform specifications.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced production environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in an advertising agency, production house, creative studio or global production environment.
- Experience working on social media and digital video content.
- Experience handling large-scale adaptation/versioning projects.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder or other relevant creative software.
- Experience working with global brands and following established brand guidelines.
- Experience delivering high volumes of assets within defined SLAs/TATs.
