Role Description The Senior Motion Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. This role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animated content for brand campaigns, digital platforms, and visual storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, developing storyboards, designing graphic assets, animating sequences, and refining visuals based on feedback.

Designer will manage end-to-end motion design projects, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and contribute to overall visual direction and innovation. The role also includes mentoring junior designers and supporting cross-functional creative initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for brand communication and visual storytelling.
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing,



and preparing content for multiple digital formats.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for both static and dynamic content.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related motion design software).
- Proven experience in leading creative projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion graphics, animation work, and brand-focused design solutions.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic inputs into compelling creative outputs.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
