We're looking for a creative powerhouse who speaks both the language of static design AND motion magic. If you can design a killer social post AND animate it into viral gold, if you understand frame-by-frame storytelling as well as color theory—this is your role.

You'll be the architect of our visual ecosystem. Think scroll-stopping graphics, frame-by-frame animations, campaign reels that get replayed, and branded motion that makes audiences stop and stare. You're equal parts designer, animator, and visual strategist.

What You'll Own

Graphic Design & Visual Branding

Create cohesive brand identities across digital, print, and motion touchpoints

Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems that define excellence

Craft visually stunning static assets—posters, social tiles, layouts, print collateral

Ensure aesthetic consistency across all communication channels

Lead visual direction for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives that move markets

Motion Design & Animation

Conceptualize and execute animated content for social media reels, ads, and campaigns

Master After Effects to bring static designs to life—transitions, kinetic typography, animated explainers

Design frame-by-frame animations that captivate and engage audiences

Collaborate with video editors to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into productions

Create animated brand assets, intro sequences, and dynamic content that stops the scroll

Develop motion design strategies that align with brand narratives

Social Media & Campaign Mastery

Design scroll-stopping static and animated content for Instagram, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn





Understand platform algorithms—create content optimized for reach, engagement, and virality

Stay ahead of trends and adapt designs to lead the curve

Deliver cohesive campaign assets that work both as stills and motion content

Proven track record with political content, ads, reels, and promotional campaigns

Creative Collaboration & Leadership

Partner with our content strategists, copywriters, and video teams to birth campaigns

Contribute strategic creative direction through brainstorms, mood boards, and concepts

Mentor junior designers in both static and motion disciplines

Challenge ideas, elevate outputs, and maintain Offpaper's creative standards

Be an active voice in shaping our creative culture and process

Project & Asset Management

Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines—balancing quality and speed

Organize, version, and maintain design files (PSDs, AEPs, assets) for easy collaboration

Deliver assets on time, every time, while maintaining Offpaper's brand standards

Own the end-to-end delivery of visual and motion content across all client touchpoints

Must-Haves:

2+ years in agency or fast-paced creative environment

Expert-level Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

Proficient in Adobe After Effects (motion design is non-negotiable)

Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles

Portfolio demonstrating social media design, motion graphics, reels, ads, and campaigns

Experience in political content, campaign design, or high-volume social media work

Obsessive attention to detail and ability to iterate on feedback gracefully





Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in high-pressure environments

Collaborative mindset and openness to creative feedback

Nice-to-Have Superpowers:

Premiere Pro or video editing experience

Understanding of animation principles (ease-in/ease-out, timing, anticipation)

3D animation basics (Cinema 4D, Blender)

Knowledge of sound design fundamentals

Brand strategy or marketing acumen
