Role/ Job Title: Senior Risk Manager - Education Loan

Function/ Department: Retail Business Risk

Job Purpose:

The role entails formulation and implementation of Education Loan policy and regular monitoring Of portfolio from credit risk perspective. Role will closely collaborate with Retail Team – Product Manager, Operation, Sales, IT, Credit and BIU for same.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Book Growth by implementing recent Education Loan policy and credit decisioning framework.
Recommend process changes in order to improve efficiency and quality across the assigned area.
Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Portfolio Risk Performance (Early Delinquency, NCL), Book Growth (EOP), Governance and Control (No adverse remark in Audits).
Adherence to governance and control framework.
Reduction of Risk Related costs.
