Role Description

This is a full time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm.

The Financial

Analyst will underwrite current acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting.

You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in the Finance field
A University Degree in the finance field
Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forcasts, etc)
Experience in the real estate or private equity industry
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proven track record of handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in project management tools

Requirements:
Typing speed 50+ words per minute
Ability to work on US time zone
A clean and professional remote work workplace
Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer

Salary:

R20000-R40000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

Details:
Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
Client has a desire for long term commitment.
