ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, and dynamic professional with experience in Global Mobility & Immigration with strong expertise in managing employee mobility and related documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Preparation of immigration-related letters, forms, and employee documentation.
- Handling immigration and FRRO processes for expatriates, including FRRO registration, PAN card and Aadhaar processes, and annual renewals of all necessary documents.
- Maintain and update accurate mobility records.
- Coordinate business visits, assignments, transfers, relocations, and repatriations.
- Guide employees on mobility policies, benefits, and approvals.
- Maintain high-quality and timely coordination of workflows.
- Ensure smooth travel, relocation, and settling-in arrangements for employees on inbound and outbound assignments.




- Co-ordinate with Payroll and Finance team on mobility-related payments and perks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, with strong expertise in preparing reports, data analysis, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with employees, business partners, visa providers, vendors, and relevant authorities on visa processes, work permit, and immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and processes
- Act as primary HR contact for employees during the mobility process and resolve issues related to travel, immigration, accommodation and benefits
- Manage domestic and international employee mobility cases end-to-end.
