The Role

Mobile development is changing rapidly with AI-assisted and agent-based development workflows. At Jetpac, we expect engineers to use these tools as a core part of how they build software. As a Mobile Engineer, you will build and scale Jetpac's Android and iOS applications using React Native,



while owning features end-to-end from product and UX understanding through development, testing, release, and iteration.

What You'll Do & Core Areas

- Build and ship Android and iOS features using React Native
- Own features end-to-end: understand the problem, shape the solution with the team, build, test, release, and iterate
- Use AI-assisted and agent-based development workflows across coding, debugging, testing, and code review
- Work closely with Product and Design to build simple, polished mobile experiences
- Write and maintain automated tests, and use AI-assisted testing workflows to improve product quality
- Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and UX issues
- Improve existing features based on product data, user feedback, and production insights
- Work closely with backend engineers to build reliable end-to-end experiences

Required Skills and Experience

- 2–3 years of professional mobile software development experience
- Strong experience building production applications with React Native
- Experience shipping and maintaining both Android and iOS applications
- Experience with mobile APIs, state management, navigation, and native device capabilities
- Strong understanding of mobile performance, debugging, and automated testing
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend services
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agent-based development workflows
- Ability to review, debug, test, and improve AI-generated code, not just generate it
- Some experience on UX principles and mobile interaction patterns
