About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – .NET MAUI / Xamarin / .NET Core to join our engineering team and build next-generation cross-platform mobile applications for our Home Health ecosystem. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications that empower clinicians, caregivers, and patients.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Clinical stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with strong experience in cross-platform mobile development using .NET MAUI and enterprise backend development using ASP.NET Core. The ideal candidate has built production-grade mobile applications, understands offline-first architecture, REST APIs, secure authentication, and has experience delivering enterprise software through the full SDLC. Experience in healthcare, connected devices, or regulated industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using .NET MAUI.
- Support and migrate Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET MAUI.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core.
- Implement MVVM, Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
- Optimize application performance, startup time and memory usage.
- Perform code reviews,



unit testing, debugging and production support.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA and Cloud Engineering teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD release processes.

Skills Required

- 5+years of software development experience
- 2 +years in .NET MAUI
- Solid object-oriented programming fundamentals
- Experience building enterprise mobile applications
- Good experience writing Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers in Transact SQL on Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Mobile development experience with Xamarin Forms
- Experience documenting technical requirements
- Experience with RESTful Web Services
- Migration from Xamarin to .NET MAUI
