Job Title: AI Engineer

Experience Level: 5- 9 Years

We are seeking an creative and results-driven AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that deliver business value through automation, advanced analytics, and intelligent applications.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to support AI model training and inference.
- Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) applications, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Create scalable APIs and AI services for enterprise-grade applications.
- Test agentic AI solutions and validate outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and expected behavior.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and monitor AI models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, testing, and lifecycle management of AI models.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and recommend innovative approaches.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)



such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, or similar platforms.
- Experience with prompt engineering techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency with Git and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
- Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Semantic Kernel

- Familiarity with:

- Docker

- CI/CD pipelines

- Experience developing AI-powered dashboards and applications using Streamlit.
